We are just a husband and wife team trying to enhance short term rental experiences one guest at a time. With a passion for real estate, investing in rental properties was a given for us. This passion for real estate combined with our love of travel and attention to detail has brought us here. We have stayed in some wonderful BnBs all over the country (Baseball Parents) and quickly realized all of the factors that make a BnB experience truly memorable. We believe that EVERY experience should be a 5 star experience and we will go above and beyond for our guests! We own and operate both long and short term rental properties.

We have now transitioned into helping others do the same and offering vacation rental management and consulting.
